1. Agreement

By accessing doctordesk.ai or using DoctorDesk services, you agree to these terms. If you are acting on behalf of a clinic or organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Services

DoctorDesk provides AI-powered voice agent systems configured for medical and dental clinics. The scope, configuration, and pricing of services are defined in a separate service agreement or statement of work signed between DoctorDesk and the client.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use DoctorDesk services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable healthcare regulations (including CQC requirements where applicable). You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, misuse, or interfere with the platform.

4. Intellectual Property

All platform technology, models, and software remain the intellectual property of DoctorDesk. Clinic-specific configurations and data remain the property of the respective clinic.

5. Disclaimer

DoctorDesk is a communication and scheduling tool. It is not a clinical decision-making system and does not provide medical advice. Clinics remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions and patient care.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoctorDesk's aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
