DoctorDesk ("DoctorDesk", "we", "us") provides AI voice infrastructure for medical clinics. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We collect information you provide directly — such as clinic name, contact details, and usage information submitted via our website or service. When you use our AI voice system, call metadata (duration, timestamp, outcome) may be recorded for quality and performance purposes. We do not store full audio recordings unless explicitly agreed and required under your service contract.
We use your data to: deliver and improve our services; respond to enquiries; send service-related communications; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties, ever.
We may share data with trusted sub-processors (e.g. cloud infrastructure, CRM integrations) strictly to provide the service. All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements. We may disclose data if required by law.
Contact form data is retained for up to 24 months or until you request deletion. Call metadata is retained per the terms of your service agreement. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@doctordeskai.com.
Under UK GDPR and applicable data protection law, you have the right to: access, correct, or delete your personal data; object to or restrict processing; and lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk).
